To Apply: All Applicants must complete both the rental application and an online pet screening. If you do not have pets, you'll still need to complete the pet screening process using the "No Pets or Animals" option.
For the rental application, you may either fill out our secure application form online, or you may download a copy of the application, fill it out, and email it to office@foresightapartments.com or bring it in to the office with your ID. Portable Tenant Screening Report
- The prospective tenant has the right to provide to Foresight Village Apartments a portable tenant screening report (PTSR), as defined in section 38-12-902 (2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and
- If the prospective tenant provides Foresight Village Apartments with a portable tenant screening report, Foresight Village Apartments is prohibited from:
a) Charging the prospective tenant a rental application fee; or
b) Charging the prospective tenant a fee for Foresight Village Apartments to access or use the portable tenant screening report.
If electing to supply a Foresight Village Apartments with a portable tenant screening report, Foresight Village Apartments requires:
- That the screening report was completed within the previous thirty days; and
- That the screening report is made directly available to Foresight Village Apartments by the consumer reporting agency for use in the rental application process or provided through a third-party website that regularly engages in the business of providing consumer reports and complies with all state and federal laws pertaining to use and disclosure of information contained in a consumer report by a consumer reporting agency;
- That the screening report is made available to Foresight Village Apartments at no cost to access or use in the rental application process; and
- A statement from the prospective tenant that there has not been a material change in the information in the screening report, including the prospective tenant's name, address, bankruptcy status, criminal history, or eviction history, since the report was generated.
